There are 2 developed lodges on The Sanctuary, Nyati Beach Lodge and Dugong Lodge, of which only Dugong Lodge is currently fully operational. Dugong Lodge sleeps 28 and is privately owned and managed by the Legend Hospitality Group.

Dugong Lodge is perfectly situated on the Western beachfront of The Sanctuary, directly across the bay from Vilanculos. A deep water channel directly in front of Dugong Lodge ensures easy water access to the lodge at all times and the west facing aspect guarantees spectacular sunset vistas across the bay.
